All packages include a Wifi-enabled digital lock, doorbell camera, a smart thermostat, and home signage. For the Core and Full Service packages, we also install and monitor these tools to ensure guests are complying with house rules.

Both management packages include an Owner Portal, which provides everything you need to view your property's success. It contains links to your listings, a calendar of your bookings, opportunities to boost your listing, action items for important tasks, and monthly financial and supply reports to keep you informed and organized.

For both management packages, we coordinate cleaning scheduling and automate your payments to the cleaning team. We also perform monthly onsite property reviews. Full Service clients have re-stocking and emergency onsite support included in their fee. For Core Services, onsite support outside of our monthly reviews would be an additional fee.

Our competitive pricing structure, including transparent setup fees and performance-based management rates, keeps your success at the forefront. For all plans, we have a one-time setup fee to cover our implementation time and materials. For our Core & Full Service management packages, we automatically remit a percentage of your total payout for each booking.
