Have peace of mind with your short-term rental while we handle the setup, guest communications, and operations, ensuring your property thrives with minimal effort on your part.


Our competitive pricing structure, including transparent setup fees and performance-based management rates, keeps your success at the forefront. 


For the Core Services package, we have a one-time setup fee of $2,000 to cover our implementation time and materials. We automatically remit 18% of your total payout for each booking. We also automatically remit the cleaning fee to pay the cleaning team on your behalf.

Furnishing & Staging Guidance

Custom Property Listings & Market Analysis

We create your property listings, with FREE professional photos, and list across multiple platforms (of your choice), including Airbnb, VRBO, and more. We will analyze similar properties in your area to ensure your listing and pricing strategy stands out to prospective guests.

Multi-Platform Integration & Pricing Optimization

We integrate your calendars across platforms, as well as implement custom pricing optimization tools to maximize your ROI and occupancy rate. 

Comprehensive Home Security and Guest Experience Tools

We provide and install a Wifi-enabled digital lock, doorbell camera, a smart thermostat, a guest website, and home signage. 

Home Technology Monitoring

We manage the guest access to the lock, monitor the doorbell camera to ensure guests are complying with your house rules, and reset the thermostat before and after each guest to reduce unnecessary utility costs. 

Custom Guest Welcome Website

Our guest websites and home signage provide guests with all the information they need about your property and the surrounding area. 

Guest and Listing Communications

As your property managers, we are the main contact for both guests and the platforms. We handle all guest communications prior to and during their stay. We also will initiate any reimbursement requests on your behalf (AirCover) and do our best to ensure you're reimbursed for any guest damages.

STR Cleaning Operations Management*

Our team of professional cleaners will ensure your property is flipped for each guest in a timely manner. We coordinate cleaning scheduling and automate your payments to the cleaning team. *We will provide a quote for cleaning to approve prior to listing.

Owner Portal

Our Owner Portal provides everything you need to view your property's success. It includes links to your listings, a calendar of your bookings, opportunities to boost your listing, action items for important tasks, and monthly financial and supply reports to keep you informed and organized.

Licensing Guidance

We partner with you to ensure you're adhering to local regulations by providing you with any local permit applications, and virtually assisting you with completion.

Onsite Prep Walkthroughs

We will provide two onsite walkthroughs to ensure that your listing is prepared to go live! The first will be to understand your property and discuss any nuances, the second will be to install the home technology and security, and train the cleaning team to ensure everything is ready to launch. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service to our property owners, and we want to ensure your property is set-up to succeed. 

Monthly Onsite Check-in and Reporting

Each month, we conduct an onsite review of your property, and provide a comprehensive overview of your property's condition, highlighting any maintenance or repair needs to keep your home in top shape. The report also includes a detailed inventory check of supplies and stock levels, ensuring your rental is always fully stocked for guests. Additionally, you'll receive a thorough financial and performance summary, including revenue, occupancy, trends, and other relevant metrics, helping you stay on top of your investment's performance with ease.

Ad-Hoc Onsite Emergency Support

Though we are proactive about preventing mishaps, occasionally guest issues outside of our control arise. We will first alert you and provide you the opportunity to handle any emergency situations, but if you're unable, we can go on-site, for an hourly emergency services rate.
